*** GONE 06/18/16 ***ANOTHER CHANCE FOR SIETE–MAKE IT COUNT! TERRIFIC BEGINNER TUX NEEDS YOU–BE SIETE’S HERO! Now that poor EIGHT YEAR old terrific beginner Siete has tested positive for FELV, this super loving boy is in extra need of a miracle. Siete is a fab fella who came into the shelter with several of his feline friends (including A1076931-Uno (safe), A1076952-Trece (listed tonight) and A1076934-Dios–status unknown). They were all “stray surrenders” but they all seem to be calm and gentle kitties who most likely once had homes. Each one deserves a new “leash” on life and a chance for a happy new life. Siete (like his purrfect pals) are low maintenance kitties who would be purrfect companions to just about anyone. Can you be the kind purrson to open your heart and home to Siete and perhaps one or more of his friendly feline pals? You can reserve this terrific tux online or contact a New Hope rescue who can help arrange transportation. Email our help desk and we will help you save Siete’s precious life–[email protected] Please don’t permit Siete’s FELV+ status be a death sentence. Make the call for this terrific beginner tux NOW!!!

06/13/2016 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – BEGINNER
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Please note that Siete is being treated for an upper respiratory infection at the time of the behavior assessment. This condition may affect some of the behaviors shown during evaluation. Reaction to assessor: Siete comes to the front of the cage soliciting attention When spoken quietly: Siete stays at front and continues soliciting attention Reaction to door cage opening: Siete remains soft and relaxed Reaction to touch: Siete solicits petting and attention while purring Try picking cat up: Siete is tolerant of this type of handling Behavior Determination: Beginner Siete was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment he was displaying friendly behavior, comes to the front of the kennel, interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting.
