Left eartipped, polydactyl, wee, adorable. Vocal, attention-seeking. At very front of kennel. Allowed petting all over. Allowed me to pick up and hold but was somewhat tense. Seems to be eating well and using the box appropriately. Gave fresh food and a toy. Initial med exam pending.

Evidence of Cruelty seen – none.
Evidence of Trauma seen – none.
Age/ Sex – 10-12 yr old SF Fel.

EENM: OU Clear, AU Clean, No nasal discharge noted, Heavy dental dental tartar and gingivitis, MM Pink and moist, CRT 2 sec
PLN: No enlargements noted
CV: No Heart Murmurs or Arrhythmias
LUNGS: Clear NSR, NMA, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Soft, comfortable. No masses or pain on abdominal palpation
MS/INTEG: Amb X 4, No external parasites seen. Clean skin, no masses noted, healthy clean hair coat, polydactil on the front paws
NS: Mentally appropriate , no signs of neurologic abnormalities
UG: Spayed female
ASSESMENT:
1.- Adult cat
2.-Severe periodontal disease
3.-Gingivitis
PLAN:
TREATMENT:Clyndsamicin oral Give 25 mg PO BID 10 days
PROGNOSIS: Good
