KNOWN HISTORY:
Narnya was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to her behavior in her previous home. She was very calm and relaxed during intake, allowing the counselors to approach her and hold her.
MEDICAL BEHAVIOR:
Observed Behavior – Very calm, but started hissing during examination

Sweet, friendly, allows all handling. Gently rubs face against bars of cage. Calm and quiet when held. Chubby sweetheart, super cute.

Doing well in adoptions, seems to be making use of the second condo I gave her access to, active, which is nice to see. Bright, alert, loves attentions, purrs.

Reaction to assessor: Narnya looks at the assessor and is calm, relaxed, and friendly.
Reaction when softly spoken to: Narnya slowly leans on her side and rubs her cheeks against the door.
Reaction to cage door opening: Narnya remains soft and relaxed.
Reaction to touch: Narnya remaisn in place and arches her back when pet. She remains completely soft, leaning in for rubs and purring.
Reaction to being picked up: Narnya remains calm and allows all handling.
ACTIVITY LEVEL: Mellow
VOCAL: Quiet
CHARACTER TYPE: Social, Sweet, Calm

Narnya interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. No known history of behavioral problems. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
