I am a female brn tabby domestic sh mix. The shelter thinks I am about 8 WEEKS old.
I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 10/26/2016 from NY 11230, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY. I came in with Group/Litter #K16-079453.

10/31/2016 Exam Type RE-EXAM – Medical Rating is 4 C – SEVERE CONDITIONS , Behavior Rating is NONE, Weight 1.6 LBS.
10/31/16 Check seems dull, has diarrhea. Parvo test negative. O: Lethargic, AR. mm=lt pink, tacky. Diarrhea and formed feces in litterbox. EENT: Ointment present OU. Mild chemosis OU. No nasal discharge. ABD: Intestines mildly thickened, gas filled. Diarrhea on perineum. MS: Amb x 4. Thin body condition. INTEG: Dry, unkempt haircoat. Decreased skin turgor. A: Dehydration 5-7%, thin condition, diarrhea. Parvo tested negative. DDX: Parasitism, stress, dietary intolerance, infectious disease (can’t completely rule out Panleuk. – may not be shedding virus). Other kitten in the litter is doing well, so suspect this is the one having diarrhea. P: 20 ml LRS SQ BID. Rx Metronidazole 100 mg/ml. 0.1 ml PO BID x 5 days. Monitor condition. Good prognosis.

10/26/16 20:35 Upon intake Bootz was fearful and went to the back of the carrier when cousnelor approached. Cousnelor was able to place hands in the carrier and lift the kitten from the carrier. Cousnelor was able to collar, scan and photograph.
