***SAFE 03/22/16*** When a cat enters the ACC system, there are no lie detector tests for the people turning the cat in as a stray. The ACC simply goes with the flow and marks the cat down as such, even when it is clear that there is a comfortable home in the not-too-distant past. TOMOKO is an example of such a cat, surrendered as a stray although everything about TOMOKO screams “family pet.” This cat is 3 years old, in great physical shape, and aced her behavior evaluation to boot. Yep, TOMOKO carries the best rating they give at the ACC, having earned a fantastic BEGINNER rating. Being a perfect pet won’t keep TOMOKO safe when the euth tech starts their rounds. Only the Urgent family can do that, by finding safe have for this perfect pet tonight.
