H/L: No open mouth breathing this morning. No audible lung sounds (poss due to consolidation).
Abd: Soft nonpainful distended abdomen.
A: URI/pneumonia
P: Will take temp. Continue meds, repeat rads tomorrow.

H/L: Intermittent open mouth breathing, slightly harsh lung sounds bilaterally
Abd: Soft, nonpainful
A: URI/conjunctivitis, poss early pneumonia
P:
1. Take temp, add Baytril 22.7 mg/ml inj, 0.25 ml SID x10 days
2. Chest rads
