A foster or adopter who will give her time to recover herself and become the BEGINNER girl that she was…STORM is just under two years old and is already SPAYED!! 06/12/2016 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Our enrichment facilitator has interacted with Storm and at the time she allowed limited contact. Storm had a tense body. She becoame uncomfortable and avoided contact. Storm also hisses when touched on back. Reaction to assessor: Storm does not come to front but remains neutral When spoken quietly: Storm does not come to front but remains neutral Reaction to door cage opening: Storm remains motionless Reaction to touch: Storm allows petting with a slow approach. Storm may hiss when touched on her back. Try picking cat up: Did not attempt Behavior Determination: Experience No Child Storm was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment she was displaying timid behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor and becomes alert when the kennel was open. Remains motionless as I started to get closer but after a steady slow approach using soft voices she relaxed a little. I was able to pet her and interact with her in a limited way. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents with no children.
