This poor 3 WEEK OLD baby should still be with his mommy, but there’s no sign of her. ROO was brought into the shelter as a stray, and he will be killed tomorrow if he’s not rescued! ROO is eating on his own but needs to be encouraged to eat, since she recently transitioned from bottle feeding. This sweet innocent baby kitten desperately needs a kitty angel tonight!!
