Attention seeking, exploring, head butting, allows all handling Evidence of Cruelty seen – No Evidence of Trauma seen – No Objective P = WNL R = WNL BCS 7/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, very mild serous nasal discharge Oral Exam: Moderate dental tartar, mild gingival recession PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Spayed female MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Overweight, dental disease Plan: Several cats in this litter had signs of URI. Will continue to monitor for signs of URI but no treatment indicated at this time Prognosis: Excellent
