Subjective:
Observed Behavior – BARH. Allowed all handling
Evidence of Cruelty seen – No
Evidence of Trauma seen – No
Objective
P = WNL R = WNL BCS 4/9
EENT: Eyes clear, minimal conjunctivitis with mucoid discharge OU, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: Teeth clean, pink mm, no oral ulcers
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Female
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat; ~2-3cm alopecia at dorsal cervical region, no underlying dermatitis, woods lamp neg
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: underage, alopecia
Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC. Rec erythromycin OU q12 x 7 days due to littermate on treatment for conjunctivitis.
Prognosis: Good
