PACER – A1077414
Safe - 7-4-2016 Brooklyn Rescue: Happy Homes Please honor your pledges: http://www.happyhomesinc.org/
**SAFE 07/04/16** A volunteer writes, “I’m not sure that Pacer quite lives up to her name, if a ‘pacer’ is the leader of the pack who sets the pace for the rest to follow. This Pacer is a petite young lady with a touch of shyness in her nature, and it seems to me that she follows the beat of her own drum, not worrying about who’s ahead or behind her. Pacer is pert and alert and takes measure of the person who is trying to coax her to the front of her kennel. Once she has decided that you’re okay, she comes forward and bows her head to receive your affection. But when she has enjoyed herself quite enough, she goes back for a nap. Pace yourself accordingly.” ACC says of PACER-who as a black and white cat who has half a heart on her nose, “Pacer starts purring and rubs up against the kennel door. Reaction when softly spoken to: Pacer continues seeking attention and meows softly while reaching out with paws. Reaction to cage door opening: Pacer is calm and relaxed. Reaction to touch: Pacer rubs up against the assessor and allows petting all over. She rolls over playfully and is very affectionate. Reaction to being picked up: Pacer is calm, relaxed and has a soft body when held.” Please save this very sweet cat today! She is healthy and just needs someone to save her life!
