10/20/16 16:38 BASIC INFO Odee A1094165 and Ginger A1094165 are being surrendered to the shelter because the owner has too many pets. They were gifts to the owner from friends. They lived and played with each other. BEHAVIOR DURING INTAKE Odee allowed all handling, collaring and photos.
10/28/2016 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: Supermodel alert! Incredibly handsome young man Odee has lived with another cat, whom his previous owner said he was playful with. He definitely loves people, and being admired. I started to pet his luxurious gray tresses (people pay a lot of money to get their hair dyed that color!), he rewarded me with purrs and head butts. Although it was noisy at the Center when I met him, so I didn’t want to try it upon our first meeting, he is reported to purr when picked up. He will need some grooming, he came to us with some mats in his fur but with a few minutes of brushing a couple of times a week he’ll be fine. If you’d like a gentleman in your household as a companion for yourself and other kitty or kitties–if you have, who will be happy to share his warmth and love with you, hurry over to the Manhattan Center today to meet him. Since he’s already neutered, he can come home with you that day!
