Basic information: Marriage is an 11 year old Calico spayed DSH. She was adopted from the Animal Care Center; her owner needs to surrender because he has developed allergies and they are becoming worse. Marriage has no known health problems or injuries; she has not seen a vet recently.
Socialization: Around strangers Marriage is friendly an outgoing. She has lived/spent time with children ages 4, 5 years old. Around the children Marriage is relaxed and respectful. When playing with adults and children she is very gentle. Marriage has no history living/spending time with any other animals. She has no bite history.
Behavior: Marriage owner states she will scratch the door to let him know she wants to eat, during a car ride she is relaxed. Marriage owner has never given her a bath/ trimmed nails. She enjoys having her coat brushed; and isn’t bothered when being placed in a carrier, or disturbed while sleeping.
For a new Family to Know: Marriage family would describe her as friendly, confident, affectionate, and independent. She has a high activity level, when your home she will follow you around. Marriage is kept indoors only; she eats dry/wet food 2 times a day. Her litter box is uncovered and she uses crystal type litter. Marriage doesn’t have a scratching post.
ENRICHMENT:

Lying in kennel with a low body. She warms up as soon as I touch her – stands up and comes forward with tail raised. Leans into petting and kneads paws while head-butting my hand and arms. Very sweet and pretty calico. Doing great!
