Medical Behavior Evaluation YELLOW Medical Summary microchip scan negative underage female kitten approximately 6 weeks old BARH ocular discharge, severe conjunctivitis OU cleaned eyes and applied erythromcyin ointment has URI, mild nasal discharge, sneezing ears are clean 1.35lbs; BCS: 3/5 eating wet food on her own slightly dirty hair coat will flee and tried to bite – towel wrapped for exam medication as per OC dr. 1167: erythromycin OU BID x 10 days amoxi/calv potas 45.7mg/ml 0.2ml BID x 10 days Weight 1.4
