SAFE 3/27/18 — 5-Month Old BEGINNER Tortie Kitten With URI! Little LACEY at BACC! Lacey is a 5 month old, DSH female who was not spayed prior to coming into the shelter. She has no known health issues or injuries and has not seen a vet. She was born in the owners home and was surrendered due to the owner having too many pets in the house already.

3/24-rejected from Glendale due to underweight/suspect URI
3/25-started on doxycycline, nebulization, mirtazapine, erythromycin, SQ LRS, and cerenia for URI.
Subjective: BARH. Eating canned food well. Underweight. No signs of URI. No csvd. Seems much improved from yesterday based on chart.

MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
