**SAFE 02/04/16** JUNE and WEDNESDAY are two frightened former pets whose former owner was a hoarder. That person brought a group of cats into the ACC so now, the shelter is putting them on the euth list cat by cat….. Perror has already been listed (and saved) but a happy ending is NOT guaranteed for the rest of them! JUNE is a neutered, EXPERIENCE-rated boy, WEDNESDAY is a spayed, EXPNOCHILD-rated girl, and both cats will be killed tomorrow unless a FOSTER or ADOPTER steps up for them tonight!

02/01/2016 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPERIENCE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
June was brought in without information regarding his behavioral tendencies in his previous home. The finder reports he will not let anyone pick him up and will try to flee. He was tense and nervous during his initial medical exam, but he allowed easy handling. Reaction to Assessor: June was calm and relaxed upon approach. Reaction when softly spoken to: June looks at the assessor with relaxed eyes. Reaction to cage door opening: June shifts her weight slightly. Reaction to touch: June was hesitant, but remains in place and allows petting. He warms up and leans into chin and cheek rubs, but still seems wary of the environment. Reaction to being picked up: June was tense during pick up, but remains calm when held. Placement Determination: Experience June tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful or stressed in the shelter. He may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to his new home. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents.
