***SAFE 08/25/16***DAPPER HAPPER BROUGHT TO THE ACC BECAUSE HE WAS A STRAY…AND NOW HIS YOUNG LIFE MAY BE IN THE CRAPPER! This 3 year old is AVERAGE RATED and has a little cold, but that is no reason that he should die! But the ACC will push him right up to the front of the “kill line” with all the other sick and injured CATS! This can’t happen…and won’t if YOU stand up for HAPPER and offer to FOSTER OR ADOPT him! Do it because if you don’t…no one else will!
