O: BARH. mm=pink, moist, CRT<2 s. Eating/drinking well.
Oral: Mild. calculus, staining.
EENT: No oculonasal discharge.
H/L: Unable to clearly hear lung or heart sounds due to obesity.
ABD: Large amount of abd fat – unable to distinguish organs.
MS: BCS = 5/5 – Amb x 4 but not able to get into litterbox.
Integ: Rear end urine soaked due to inability to use litterbox and groom.
A: Severely obese – at very high risk for diabetes, urine scald.
P: Monitor while at BACC. Groom cat as needed to keep him clean. Monitor weight, appetite, water consumption.
Good prognosis.

HUGE! Arrived as a stray but clearly has not been living on the streets. Calm, lying at front of cage, chirps cheerfully a bit, appreciates attention and enjoys head scratches. Loves treats. Really nice cat. Initial med exam pending.

Nani is a white and brown tabby that appears to be 4 years old. The Nani was found roaming in the street and appeared to be limping and finder brought the cat to ACC. Nani During intake allowed being collard, scanned and photographed.
