Easily handleable and easy to pick up. Enjoys being held and did well for all medical handling and procedures Evidence of Cruelty seen – no Evidence of Trauma seen – no Objective P = wnl R = eupneic BCS 3/9 EENT: proptosed eye OD with purulent d/c, mild purulent d/c OS, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: kitten dentition, no oral ulcers PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: MI MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, unkempt hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Proptosed eye OD Conjunctivitis OU Dehydrated Underage Underweight Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC Cleaned eyes with flush Erythromycin OU BID x10d Recheck daily LRS SQ 20ml/kg once Simbadol 0.24mg/kg SQ SID x3d Prognosis: Fair to good SURGERY: temporary waiver from surgery due to underage
