I am a female black and white domestic sh. The shelter thinks I am about 2 YEARS old.
I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 09/18/2016 from NY 11212, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY.

11/02/2016 Exam Type CAGE EXAM – Medical Rating is 3 C – MAJOR CONDITIONS , Behavior Rating is NONE, Weight 6.0 LBS.

Reaction when softly spoken to: Frida looks at the assessor with soft eyes and shifts her weight slightly. Reaction to cage door opening: Frida lifts her rear a little and looks at the assessor. Reaction to touch: Frida leans gently against the assessor’s hand and will lift her rear each time she is pet on her lower back, purring. Reaction to being picked up: Frida remains calm and doesn’t struggle when held. Behavior Determination: Average Frida interacts with the Assessor, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents. Date: 09/21/16 Reaction to assessor: Frida looks soft and relaxed when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Frida remains lying down on her cage bedding, relaxed body posture, meowing attention. Reaction to touch: Frida head-butts the assessor’s hand and appreciates petting on the head and body. Reaction to Being Picked up: She allows the pickup and remains calm.
