**SAFE 04/21/16** Sweet pregnant young mommy cat desperately in need of rescue! Fantastic FANTA is a gray tabby, around a year old, who was a stray cat, and is pregnant. FANTA is a beauty! She’s a little afraid but allows herself to be pet in her cage. She is afraid in the shelter but with some time she has potential to be a wonderful cat pal! Tomorrow she and her unborn kittens will be killed at the shelter if she’s not rescued. If you’d like to help save the life of this sweetheart gray girl and her babies, please contact New Hope Rescue and see how you can help this little darling and her babies. Just out of kittenhood herself, this gorgeous silver tabby deserves to have a long wonderful pampered kitty life. Please give Fantastic FANTA and her kittens that chance!

04/17/2016 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Fanta was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to her behavior in her previous home. Reaction to assessor: Fanta is near the front of the kennel with wide eyes and inches away as you approach. Reaction when softly spoken to: Fanta lip licks with eyes focused on the assessor. Reaction to cage door opening: Fanta retreats to the back and presses her body against the wall. Reaction to touch: Fanta lip licks with eyes focused on all movements. She allows petting briefly with a slow approach then inches away. Behavior Determination: Experience No Child Fanta tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful or stressed in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. She may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to his or her new home. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced cat parents and without children.
