Observed Behavior – feral behavior–bites, tries to flee franticly, bad reaction to all touch Evidence of Cruelty seen – n Evidence of Trauma seen – y Objective P = 200 R = wnl BCS 4/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: wry mouth, no other injuries noted in mouth PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: feamle MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: jaw deformity vs fracture Plan: sedated rads Prognosis: good. since fairy can eat, even with no interventionshe should do well SURGERY: Temporary waiver due to age

Plan: sedated rads
Prognosis: good. since fairy can eat, even with no interventionshe should do well
