Scan negative History : Came in with 1 other cat from an abandoned house with many other cats. The other cat has a URI. Subjective: Calm, mews, allows handling. Objective BCS 5/9, MMs pink and moist EENT: Mild epiphora. Mild black granular discharge AU. No nasal discharge noted. Oral Exam: Clean teeth. PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Female MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment 1. Mild conjunctivitis 2. Ear mites likely Plan 1. Clean ears today and in 5 days, Tresaderm AU BID x10 days 2. Swab for resp pathogens 3. Erythromycin OU BID x10 days Prognosis: Good SURGERY: Temporary waiver due to conjunctivitis 1088
