ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Intact female- no visible spay scar or tattoo
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, erythema and inflammation of tip of pinna AD; otherwise healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: DNP
Assessment: erythema and inflammation of tip of pinna AD; otherwise apparently healthy young adult suspected intact female cat
Prognosis: excellent
Plan: Recheck pinna AD in 2-3 days; ok for surgery and placement
