Reaction to door opening: Cindy striked and charged at the front and does not allow the door to be opened. Reaction to touch: Cindy did not allow the stroke then began to hiss, grumble and swat at the assessor’s hand. Placement determination: NH ONLY Ciny is displaying behaviors that preclude placement in the adoptions room. She is stressed in the shelter environment and does not currently tolerate petting.
