10/19/16 17:45 Behavior while with finder: Chocolat was very energetic and friendly whiel with finder. Chocolat is not litter box trained and will often use teh bathroom in the bathtub. Intake Behavior: Chocolat allowed staff to collar, scan for a microchip. take pictures with no signs of aggression.

Chocolat was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to her behavior in her previous home. Reaction to assessor: Chocolat was playful, bouncing around at the front of the kennel. Reaction when softly spoken to: Chocolat retreats to the back and curls up. Reaction to cage door opening: Chocolat remains neutral. Reaction to touch: Chocolat is unsure of contact and slowly leaned away when the assessor extends his hand out. He warms up quickly when pet and slowly leans in when rubbed on her cheeks. Her body rises up and she relaxes the more you interact with her. Reaction to being picked up: Chocolat is relaxed when picked up and allows all handling. Behavior Determination: Average Chocolat interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
