ONLY JERRY is on the list tonight. Since JERRY is the smaller guy and is the only one under 2 pounds, he can only be rescued through New Hope Rescue! 09/11/16 12:42 Basic information Jerry is a 2 month old male gray tabby and white DSH with no known medical conditions. Owner has had Jerry for 2 months and is surrendering him along with his litter mate because of too many pets. Socialization Jerry has lived with children ages 1 and 3. Around children Jerry is relaxed and affectionate. Jerry plays gently with both adults and children. Jerry has lived with cats and is relaxed and affectionate with them and also plays gently with them. Jerry lived with a dog but did not interact with him. Around strangers Jerry is shy for a few minutes but warms up fast. Behavior In car rides Jerry will meow. Jerry has not been given a bath or had his nails trimmed yet.. Jerry enjoys being brushed and being picked up and held. Jerry wasn’t bothered when being placed in a carrier. For the new family to know Jerry was described as friendly playful and shy with a medium activity level. Jerry enjoys playing with balls and anything on the floor to chase. When home with tom he is usually in his room. Jerry eats both wet and dry food of any brand. Jerry is litter box trained and uses and uncover litter box with scoop away litter. Jerry uses a scratching post made of carpet but also likes to on the bed. Behavior during intake Jerry was calm and quiet during intake. He greeted counselor with a head butt. Jerry allowed to be scanned and collared with a loose body. He enjoyed being pet and allowed to be picked up ad held with no problem.
