H/L: Sounds audibly congested. NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Soft, not distended, non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Female, no spay scar palpated or seen
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: Normal externally

1. Doxycycline 0.5 ml PO SID x10 days
2. LRS 150 ml SQ SID x4 days
3. Nebulize BID x5 days
4. Swab for resp pathogens
5. Vit B 0.25 ml SQ
6. Fortiflora SID x14 days
