Cairo was brought into the shelter as a stray so his history is unknown at this time. He appears to be a 2-3 year old, DSH male who was not neutered prior to coming into the shelter.
Behavior Notes:
Cairo was friendly and relaxed during intake. He allowed counselor to pick him up and collar him, he was head butting her hand when being pet.
