Subjective: Male castrated obese cat Observed Behavior – fractious Evidence of Cruelty seen -none Evidence of Trauma seen – None Objective T =Not taken P = 160 bpm R = 32 bpm BCS 9/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Not examination PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: castrated male MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: Not performed. Assessment- obese Medical Behavior Status- red Medical Status- 3nc Asilomar Status- treatrehab Fast Track- NA Plan Feed C/D diet to prevent urinary stone formation. Prognosis is fair.
