Medical Summary 04/05/17 History – Brought in by owner, no medical concerns noted. FS, approx 6 yrs old. Microchip scan neg. Subjective Observed Behavior – Fractious, hissing, swatting and trying to bite. Limited exam done while in net. Evidence of Cruelty seen – No. Evidence of Trauma seen – No. Objective: BARH. P = 220 R =28 BCS= 6/9. ORAL: No obvious oral lesions, but limited exam. EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted. PLN: No enlargements noted. H/L: NSR, NMA. Lungs clear, eupneic. ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Female, spayed. MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat. CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities. A: Apparently healthy 6 yr old cat. P: Monitor while at BACC. Excellent prognosis.
