Subjective: Underage/underweigh intact male kitten with fleas Observed Behavior – Playful/vocalizing. Evidence of Cruelty seen – None Evidence of Trauma seen – None Objective P = 160 bpm BCS 4/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: NAF PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Intact male MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, flea dirt CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment Underage Underweight Plan Capstar Prognosis: Good. SURGERY: Okay for surgery Temporary waiver due to Underweight/underage.
