History : stray Subjective: BAR Observed Behavior – easy going, allows handling Evidence of Cruelty seen – none Evidence of Trauma seen – small laceration on R flank Objective BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, no nasal discharge; AU-erythema, dark discharge; very pruritic Oral Exam: mm pk, moist; CRT <2 sec; adult dentitia, no significant tartar or staining PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: female; no spay scar or tattoo noted MSI: ambulatory x 4 with no lameness noted inch long dermal laceration on R flank, mild serosanguinous discharge, minimal swelling CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: not performed Assessment Wound Ear mites Plan gave 0.3 ml convenia SQ has already had first dose of ivermectin, repeat in 2 weeks (0.06 ml SQ) Prognosis: excellent SURGERY: Okay for surgery
