ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Female – unable to shave for spay scar – umbilical hernia vs fat entrapment in area of umbilicus
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: Apparently healthy
Prognosis: Excellent
Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC. Scheduled to check for spay scar in two days
