I am a male org tabby domestic sh mix. The shelter thinks I am about 9 WEEKS old.
I came in the shelter as a FOSTER on 11/25/2016 from NY 10029, owner surrender reason stated was FOSTRTREAT. I came in with Group/Litter #K16-081863.

11/27/2016 Exam Type RE-EXAM – Medical Rating is 4 NC – SEVERE CONDITIONS NOT CONTAGIOUS, Behavior Rating is NONE, Weight 1.6 LBS.
11/27/16 Recheck exam. O: QAR. mm=lt pink, moist. CRT<2 s. Diarrhea in litterbox. Offered fresh kitten food – started eating immediately. EENT: No nasal discharge. Ointment present OU, mild chemosis. ABD: Mild pot-bellied appearance. Palpation WNL. MS: Amb x 4. Thin body condition. INTEG: Slight decreased skin turgor. A: Good appetite, euhydrated. Diarrhea due to parasitism. P: Continue current therapy and monitoring. Good prognosis. 11/26/16 S/O: Q/BAR. Euhydrated. Eating with good appetite. Diarrhea in litter. BCS 2/5 EENT: Eyes clear, mild conjunctivitis. no ocular or nasal discharge Fecal float – roundworm ova seen A: Thin, decreased appetite, mild dehydration, roundworms P: Rec panacur 0.37ml po q24 x 3 days and nutrical q24 x 3 days. Recheck hydration tomorrow Good prognosis 11/25/16 Foster reported diarrhea and decreased appetite S/O: QAR. Mild dehydration. Ate immediately when offered kitten food.
