H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Female
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: Dental disease, ear mites, otitis
Prognosis: Good
Plan: Rec ear cleaning, ivermectin 0.08ml SQ, tresaderm q12 x 5 days. Continue to monitor while at BACC
