Subjective: Observed Behavior – Very shy, noise sensitive, but likes to be held and enjoys petting. Allows all handling. Evidence of Cruelty seen – No. Evidence of Trauma seen – No. Objective: BARH. mm=pink, moist, CRT<2 s. HR=220, RR=28. BCS=5/9. ORAL: Excellent dental condition. EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted. PLN: No enlargements noted. H/L: Lungs clear, no murmurs/arrhthymias. ABD: Non painful, no masses/organomegaly palpated. U/G: Female, spay scar and linear green tatoo found. MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities. A: Apparently healthy young adult cat. P:Monitor while at BACC. Excellent prognosis.
