qar. moderately dehydrated. minimal interest in food. bcs 2/9
teeth clean, moderate conjunctivitis, mucoid ocular discharge ou, moderate crusted nasal discharge
normal thoracic auscultation; normal abdominal palpation
dirty hair coat; ambulatory x 4
a: underage, very thin, uri, conjunctivitis
p: gave lrs 10ml sq and doxycycline 0.1ml po. rec doxycycline 0.1ml po q24 x 10 days and terramycin ou q12 x 10 days. recheck tomorrow. good prognosis
