***SAFE 07/16/16***TOKYO MAY AS WELL LOOK LIKE A SCARED GUY, BUT IF YOU GIVE HIM A CHANCE, ITS LIKELY THAT HE WILL BE YOUR BEST FRIEND! 1 years old, and DUMPED, citing the extremely old, “allergies” EXCUSE! PLEASE, at least think of a better lie to wipe your own conscience! He’s not been socialized around cats or dogs, but has been around kids from 5 -16. And because TOKYO WAS QUICKLY DUMPED,hes scared, yet ALREADY NEUTERED! So they dropped him a RESCUE ONLY RATING! He needs YOU to contact a New Hope rescue and offer to FOSTER OR ADOPT him! Do it for him… Do it to make you a better person… Do it because it’s the right thing to do!
