Upon intake Sudoku was timid he allowed the counselor to softly pet his head but, was breathing heavy so he was not collared and taken to medical.

INTEG: Healing wounds at right ventral neck, no signs of swelling or discharge
MS: Ambulatory x 4

EENT: Eyes clear, ears have mild brown waxy debris, purulent nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: adult dentition with mild tartar and gingivitis, no oral lesions noted
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic but congested
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: MI, 2 testicles descended
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, dry/dull/flaky hair coat with small circular wound ~0.25cm on ventral neck
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

Start doxycycline 10mg/kg PO SID x10d until 3/14 (first dose given)
