***SAFE 06/27/16*** SULLY AKA SKULL MOVED UP TO THE FRONT OF THE EUTHANIZING LINE BECAUSE OF A URI! SKULL and BULK(already SAFE) were brought in as stray’s, yet SKULL is already NEUTERED. And a bit overweight, doesn’t sound like your typical stray! The 8 year old has a URI but with antibiotics and nebulizer treatments he should be just fine. He’s also earned a BEGINNER RATING!!! When under the weather, one would expect this cat to be cranky or scared… not SKULL! He just wants a place to relax and recuperate! And if your heart is not enough, keep him for GOOD!

06/14/2016 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – BEGINNER
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Sully was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to his behavior in his previous home. He was talkative upon intake, and allowed easy handling. During his initial medical exam, it was noted that he was very friendly and allowed all handling. He wanders and explores the room, but would come when called. The enrichment facilitator reports he is very affectionate during their interaction. He meowed and came to the front when door opened. He head-butted really hard, leaned and arched into pets, and purred. Reaction to assessor: Sully was calm, relaxed, and friendly lying down upon approach. Reaction when softly spoken to: Sully meows, comes to the front, and rubs on the cage door. Reaction to cage door opening: Sully remains soft and relaxed. Reaction to touch: Sully’s tail quivers, he head-butts, starts to knead, and purrs. He is very affectionate and continues to rub his body on the assessor throughout the interaction. Reaction to being picked up: Sully remains calm and purrs when held. Behavior Determination: Beginner Sully interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat can go to a beginner home.
