S: Friendly, quiet, allows all handling O: QAR-H, MMs pink EENT: Sandy light brown discharge AU, mild scratches and alopecia cranial to both ears. No discharge OU, nose. H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft but full, no pain on palpation M/S/I: Amb x4. No skin lesions noted. UG: Female, recent spay incision palpable A: 1. No overt ear wound visible but pt has bilat discharge – likely ear mites 2. Hx chronic diarrhea – R/O IBD, parasites, food sensitivity, pancreatitis, other Short-term prognosis: Fair to good with treatment P: 1. Ivermectin 0.05 ml SQ tonight and in 2 weeks, clean ears q3 days 2.
