Scanned neg History : Stray, came in with 1 littermate Subjective: Hissed and ducked away when I approached. Tense during exam. Once scruffed, allowed all handling. Objective BCS 5/9, MMs pink and moist EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: All deciduous teeth present PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Soft, non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Female kitten MSI: Ambulatory x 4, some flea dirt noted, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Apparently healthy female kitten, poorly socialized Plan: Deworm. Socialize. Neuter. Placement. Prognosis: Excellent. SURGERY: Temporary waiver due to weight – re-weigh in 1 week 1088
