History : owner reportedly passed away and petunia was brought in by a neighbor with 2 other cats Subjective: QAR Observed Behavior – shy/nervous but sweet; easy to handle, examine and restrain Evidence of Cruelty seen – none Evidence of Trauma seen – none Objective T = not taken P =WNL R =WNL BCS 7/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: mm pk, moist; CRT <2 sec; mod tartar on upper 4th pm’s, mild staining; no significant gingivitis PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: female, no spay scar or tattoo noted MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted; large matts present in hair coat over dorsum; fecal material and matted around rectum CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: not performed Assessment 1.
