Subjective: qar Observed Behavior – Allows all handling but timid. Appears scared – shaking a bit. But warms up and friendly after a while. Evidence of Cruelty seen – none Evidence of Trauma seen – none Objective T = P = 200 R = eup BCS= 6/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Clean teeth. PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: intact male 2 scrotal testicles MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted.. Slightly overweight – big belly fat pad. Urine on R leg but otherwise clean healthy haircoat. CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: Assessment 3 yo intact male DSH Plan: Routine intake plan. Prognosis: Excellent SURGERY: Okay for surgery
