***SAFE 06/01/16*** OWNER DIED! Poor MOOKIE and BENJI were taken to the ACC after their former owner passed away. One hopes that Mookie and Benji knew only kindness at that person’s hand, and one wishes that somebody could have stepped up so these seniors did not have to enter the shelter system. Mookie has chronic ear conditions, going by the ACC’s suspicions, and he earned an EXPNOCHILD rating; Benji earned an AVERAGE rating and has a matted coat. There is probably nothing amiss with either cat which wouldn’t be fixed with some TLC and a trip to a competent vet. Make sure that Mookie and Benji are able to live out the rest of their lives, rather than following their dear departed owner to the Rainbow Bridge tomorrow, by advocating strongly for both cats, tonight!
