Medical Behavior Evaluation BLUE
Medical Summary 04/06/17 History – Stray kitten, was caught in a cat trap. No medical concerns noted. Female, approx 2 mos. Microchip scan neg. Subjective Observed Behavior – Fearful, tense, allows all handling. Evidence of Cruelty seen – No. Evidence of Trauma seen – No. Objective: BARH. mm=pink, moist, CRT<2 s. P = 240 R = 20 BCS = 3/9 ORAL: All deciduous teeth present. No oral lesions. EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted. PLN: No enlargements noted. H/L: Lungs clear, no murmurs/arrhythmias. ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated. U/G: Female, not spayed. MSI: Ambulatory x 4, no lameness. Full, slightly dirty haircoat. No skin lesions. CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities. A: Underweight 2 month old kitten. P: Temporary waiver from OVH surgery. Monitor while at BACC. Excellent prognosis.
