Observed Behavior – Tolerated handling. Calm. Evidence of Cruelty seen – None Evidence of Trauma seen – None Objective P = 160 bpm BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes- bilateral yellow mucous discharge, conjuctivitis, ears clean, mucous nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: NAF PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: intact male MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, FLEAS CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment Fleas Conjuctivitis URI Plan 0.1 ml (50 mg/ml) doxycycline sid PO for 10 days- dispensed 0.25 inches of erythromycin BID OU for 10 days-dispensed Eyes and nose were cleaned dispensed efipro for fleas Owner should bathe cat with dawn detergent and apply efipro after. Prognosis: excellent Temporary waiver due to underage and aunderweigh.
