ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: male intact
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, no ectoparasites noted, no masses noted, healthy hair coat.
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: conjunctivitis, otherwise in apparent good health
Prognosis: good
Plan:
treat conjunctivitis
Continue to monitor at BACC
SURGERY:
temporary surgical waiver due to age/wgt/conjunctivitis
