Subjective: lice infestation
Observed Behavior – bar. did not eat during exam
Evidence of Cruelty seen – n
Evidence of Trauma seen – n
P = 160 R = wnl BCS 4/9
EENT: severe conjunctivitis, no other uri signs
Oral Exam: decid teeth
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, lice infestation
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: lice, conjunctivitis
Plan: fipronil treatment, erythromycin ou bid
SURGERY: too young
